Room in a shared flat

We are offering two rooms for rent in our spacious apartment. The rooms can be rented individually or together.

The rental options:

• Room 1: 9.4 m² with built-in wardrobe – CHF 860.– monthly
• Room 2: 16.6 m² – CHF 700.– monthly
• Both rooms together: CHF 2,000.– monthly

The rental prices already include the service charge advance payment, as well as internet and TV box.
Any subsequent payment from the annual service charge statement will be divided per person according to the agreed cost distribution.

What to expect:

The kitchen, as well as the spacious living and dining area of around 22 m², are to be used communally. The balcony is also available to everyone. In the living room, there is a large television with a TV box that can be shared.

The bathroom on the lower floor has a shower and two washbasins. In addition, there is a separate toilet. Depending on the rental arrangement, it will be used alone or shared.

What we are looking for:

A reliable, independent, and autonomous person who is uncomplicated, considerate, and values respectful cohabitation.

A dog is now also part of our household – therefore, friendliness towards animals should be present.

Since our previous subtenant developed a dog hair allergy, we are once again looking for a suitable person for our living area.

The location

The apartment is located quietly and close to nature. Shopping facilities and the train station are reachable on foot. Forests and fields are only a few minutes away and invite you to go for walks and take breaks in the greenery.

Important: A parking space is not available and must be organized by yourself if required.

We look forward to your message and to meeting you personally during a viewing!
