As of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement we are renting a spacious and bright 6-room apartment in a small multi-family house with only five residential units.

The apartment impresses with its pleasant room layout, plenty of storage space and a spacious balcony of around 19 m².

The ancillary costs are settled annually based on actual expenditure. After the first complete accounting year, the advance payment amount can be adjusted if required and after mutual agreement.
