22 years old and employed in the insurance sector, I am actively looking for a room in a shared apartment for an indefinite period in the Nyon / Gland region or its close surroundings.
Arriving for my professional activity, I am currently finalizing my procedures to obtain my B permit.
I prefer a direct rental via the owner with an indefinite contract, as this format is essential to validate my file simply and quickly with the resident registration authorities.
My lifestyle is very structured and ideal for a landlord seeking tranquility: I will be present only 5 days out of 7. I arrive on Monday evening and leave on Friday morning (or Friday evening).
On the weekend, the accommodation is entirely free.
Between my office hours and my activities, I will be very little at home and will spend the vast majority of my time out.
Non-smoker and I do not consume alcohol. I am a clean, discreet person who respects order.
