I am looking for a successor for this beautiful two-story rustic house in the center of Gordola, a very quiet area. Available from 1 November 2026. Outside there is an external balcony where you can hang laundry and swing in a hammock, as well as a porch to place flower pots or a small table. It has a spacious cellar with the washing machine. Inside there is:

• entrance, living room and kitchen;
• bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin together;
• 1 room on the ground floor;
• large attic divided into two with a second bedroom and a living room (accessible via a small internal spiral staircase).

Heating: pellet stove. Water and electricity costs not included in the rent.
Parking not included (available in the immediate vicinity with a municipal subscription).
