Room in a shared flat

The room is approx. 20 m2 in size, bright and facing the inner courtyard, it has morning sun. The apartment (3.5 Z.) is located on the 3rd floor of an old building (without lift), with a large living room and balcony. In summer it remains surprisingly cool. The location is quiet and central, the forest is just a stone's throw away. Large cellar and attic compartments included, as a bonus, participation in a family garden at Europaplatz is possible.

Since I am not registered in Bern from January to approx. April (I am still there), you would have to take over the main rent temporarily. After that, we can share the main rent or one person is a subtenant*.

I am
Aurelia (she/none), 27, queer and working in pedagogy. Additionally, I have been involved for several years in a biological neighborhood shop in Bern. From Sept. 2027 studying again. If you are looking for me, you will find me running around in the forest, on the bike on the way to the library, to a cafe or on the way to the sea. I am enthusiastic about plants, sustainability, politics, people, theater and exciting stories, sing in a choir and play (unfortunately not so frequently) cello. Second-hand shops/flea markets are dangerous, as I will most likely buy too many books, LPs or board games. More than half of the living inventory I have either auctioned on Tutti or found for free on the street.
I am vegan and shop in organic stores, I support small-scale, socially and ecologically sustainable structures. Under the sofa, a started puzzle can often be found.

In order to feel comfortable, I need both time for myself as well as close exchange and shared times; order/cleanliness and open communication are very important to me. Since living is a large and important part of life, I may need more than one meeting before I have decided.
