3.5-room apartment shared with a couple who are often away for work, so the apartment is generally very quiet.

Full access to the shared areas: living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies.

Registration with the municipality (Anmeldung) is possible.

Private and fully furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe – ready to move in.

📍 Location & Transport

Located in Dietikon, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and tram connections.

Around 20 minutes to Zurich HB by direct public transport.

💰 Rent & Conditions

CHF 900/month, including water, electricity, heating and internet.

Security deposit: 2 months’ rent

Non-smoking | No pets

📅 Availability & Lease Takeover

Room sublet: From 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 (flexible duration).

Possibility to take over the full apartment from January 2027: As the current tenants will be moving to another canton, the entire apartment will become available after the sublet period.
