Room in a shared flat

Our shared flat:

A beautiful 6.5-room house with a dreamlike garden awaits you. We live in the middle of Bubikon, which means you are within 5 minutes on foot of both the train station and the middle of nature. Two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a cozy living room with a projector are available to you. You will definitely have enough storage space for your things in our large attic and cellar, and there is also space for a car.

Your room:

Your room is located on the main living level and offers a huge window front as well as a balcony. So there is certainly no lack of brightness! The room is 7 qm2, which you can furnish according to your wishes. The balcony offers an additional 11qm2. The rent is 1220 CHF + 2.0 CHF utilities per month. The earliest move-in date is 02.01.27. If you would like to move in later, we are happy to discuss that.

Who we are:

Lukas (29) is a computer scientist, but prefers to spend his free time far away from the screen surfing or playing tennis. He is always up for an excursion to the lake or a cozy evening in the garden.

Joshi (32) is an electrical engineer; in winter, you can find him on a snowboard in every free minute, and in summer, he also likes being on a surfboard. He always enjoys funny or exciting conversations and a shared game night.

Jonas (29) is an industrial engineer and is currently doing his Master's alongside work. When he is not working or studying, he is probably playing padel or is up for a funny conversation on the sofa.

Leonie (23) studies psychology and works on the side. In her free time, she most likes being with the horses at the stable or starting her next creative project. She is also always up for a fun activity or an exciting conversation.

Who we are looking for:

We are a very family-like shared flat and are looking for someone who enjoys cooking together, eating together, and fun flat activities. At the same time, of course, everyone also needs time for themselves, and with us, you always have enough peace and privacy. It is a matter of course for us that everyone also takes on household tasks and keeps an eye on general order.
