Room in a shared flat

Good day,
I (Valentin) am leaving my shared apartment room in the old town of Fribourg in mid-October.

The room is 10m2 in size and in a cozy 4 1/2 room apartment. The rent is 569.50 (net) monthly.

You share the apartment with Fabian (22, student), Carolina (23, teacher) and Clara (20, student). You might have to take over the main rent from me together with Carolina.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with WC, shower and bath. A washing machine with tumble dryer is available (for the entire house with 3 residential units).

The apartment is approx. 10 minutes away from the station on foot, 15 minutes from the Universität Misericorde. Generally, everything important is reachable within 10-20 minutes on foot. 2 minutes away from the apartment is a bus stop where buses regularly run towards the station and Perolles.
