Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone
I am looking for a successor for my shared flat room in Winterthur as of 1.11.2026 or by arrangement

The room is furnished, is approximately 13qm, and includes a personal storage room.
For shared use, there is a living room, kitchen, large bathroom as well as the entire attic, a cellar compartment and the terrace with a grill next to the entrance. In the bathroom, there is a washing machine and dryer that belong to the apartment. Additionally, there is Wi-Fi throughout the entire apartment.

You will live together with two relaxed roommates: Nando (25) and Timon (26). It is not a purpose-driven shared flat, so people like to watch something together in the living room in the evening or drink a beer :)

Rent: 666.65.- per month incl. utilities

The furniture is for sale; if interested, please let me know if and which furniture you would like to buy.
