Furthermore, it has underfloor heating and various connections for TV etc. The rest of the apartment is intended for shared use (kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room). The nearest bus stop is located around 15 minutes walking distance away (stop: Kirche Amsoldingen), a bus runs approx. every 30 min. to Thun (approx. 30 min. bus ride). Own car recommended, as the attic apartment is located very rural and in a remote house with 3 parties (one of which is the WG). Shopping possibility in the next village Oberstocken (Buurelädeli with self-service), reachable in 5 min. by car or further, about 10 min. drive away, the Volg in Blumenstein. In Blumenstein there is also a bakery and a pizza delivery service. Thun/Allmendingen Coop is reachable in approx. 10 min. by car. I am looking for a person approx. between 26 and 56 years old. I am currently still living there with my subtenant until the end of November.
