I am looking for a successor tenant for my apartment of approx. 40 square meters in Pfyn
On the ground floor there is a storage room, as well as the toilet; on the first floor is the living room with fireplace with an open kitchen and on the second floor is the bedroom with a small adjacent office. Pictures to follow.

The apartment will be available on 31.11.1016. Presumably also a bit earlier by arrangement. The apartment is suitable for singles and couples. Animals are also possible by arrangement. The cold rent is 1010 Franken, the service charges are approx. between 150 and 100 Franken depending on consumption. This will be settled with the landlady; a free parking space is available in front of the front door. The deposit is two months' cold rent. A small garden belongs to the apartment, which should also be maintained.

In the immediate vicinity are shops such as Volg or approx. 5 km further Migros and coop; the bus connection can be reached on foot in approx. 7 minutes.
