Room in a shared flat

Hello! I’m a PhD student at EPFL, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a shared apartment.

The move-in date is negotiable. The apartment is located about a 5-minute walk from Bourdonnette metro station, and the door-to-door commute to EPFL/UNIL is less than 20 minutes.

The apartment is shared with four people and comes fully furnished. The kitchen is also fully equipped, so everything is ready for you to move in.
All utilities and expenses are included in the rent, including biweekly cleaning.

This is a lease takeover with a contract running until August 2027, with the possibility of renewal afterward.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, EPFL and UNIL, and nearby amenities.
