Room in a shared flat

Renting a room in a shared flat in a 4.5-room apartment. This is a sublet. I am also only a tenant here. The apartment is located in a three-party house in a quiet corner of Biberist.
Very close to Solothurn. You can reach the old town in about 10 minutes both by public transport and by car. On foot, it takes half an hour via a direct route or a leisurely 45 minutes through the forest.
The Solothurn main station can be reached by bus in 5 minutes, or on foot in about 25 minutes.
Motorway connections towards Biel/Lausanne and Bern/Zürich are only a 5-minute drive away.
Many shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Lidl and Migrolino are reachable on foot in 5 minutes.
An outdoor parking space is available for free, as well as two washing machines.
Which of the rooms will be yours, as well as the exact price, are negotiable.
