For our 5.5 Zm shared apartment in Eschlikon, I am looking for a woman between 25 and 44 years old who is reliable, tidy, animal-loving, open, and uncomplicated.

Two unfurnished rooms of approx. 13 m² and 11 m² are available. The apartment is 140 m² in total and offers plenty of space to feel at home.

The kitchen, the cellar, and the balcony are for shared use. Additionally, you will have your own bathroom with WC and shower available.

Small refrigerator note: Our existing refrigerator is rather small. Therefore, it would be ideal if you could bring your own refrigerator.

The rent is CHF 1’200.– per month including service charges. Not included are the annual service charge final settlement as well as the Serafe fees. A parking space can be rented additionally if required.

Move-in: immediately or by arrangement
Tenancy: unlimited

About us

I am 44 years old, self-employed, and live with my 18-year-old son. Our household also includes two cats and an older dog. Therefore, you should definitely be animal-loving. Unfortunately, no other pets can be taken in, as we do not know if they would get along with our animals.

Cleanliness and order are important to me, but at the same time, I expressly desire a relaxed, easy-going, and uncomplicated life together. Everyone should have their own space, but a friendly coexistence is welcome.
