Room for sublet in Zürich

I am renting out exclusively one unfurnished room in my apartment. I live in the apartment myself. This is NOT the rental of the entire apartment.

The room is currently still occupied and is expected to be available from the end of November 2026. An earlier move-in may be possible by arrangement.

The photos of the room show the room in its unfurnished state. Upon handover, the room will be completely empty and unfurnished.

Rent: CHF 700.– per month
Deposit: CHF 700.–
Notice period: 2 months
Tenancy: indefinite / long-term

Location:

The apartment is located in a good location in Zürich, only approx. 3 minutes walking distance from the Limmat, approx. 7 minutes walking distance from Wikingerplatz and approx. 10 minutes walking distance from Rosengarten. Shopping facilities and public transport are also nearby.

Who I am looking for:

I am looking exclusively for a quiet, respectful, clean and reliable female flatmate who is interested in a long-term tenancy and pleasant cohabitation.

Requirements are stable employment, a regular income and a valid residence permit B. No female students.

In case of serious interest, the last three payslips as well as a current extract from the debt enforcement register (Betreibungsregisterauszug) will be required before concluding the contract.

House rules and cohabitation:

• No guests or overnight visitors
• Non-smoker – smoking in the apartment is not permitted
• Quiet and respectful cohabitation
• Cleanliness and order in the common areas
• Consideration and compliance with quiet hours
• Careful handling of the apartment and the furnishings

No pets

The room is rented unfurnished. The tenant brings her own personal items and utensils. Groceries are bought separately – each person buys their own groceries.

About me:

I am a quiet, working woman with a Gothic/Metal lifestyle. I like listening to Rock and Metal and occasionally enjoy good music with a beer. In my free time, I like reading, going hiking and traveling. Privacy, peace, cleanliness and respectful coexistence are important to me.
