WG room at Effingerstrasse

The room:
From 1 December, a 20 m² room at our place on Effingerstrasse will become available. The room has a large window with a view into the courtyard and is therefore very quiet.

• CHF 1'200.–/month incl. utilities (without internet)
• From 1 December, unlimited (or as per agreement)

The apartment:
Our apartment is 123 m² in total and was renovated in 2020. It is open and modern, while the old parquet and high ceilings have been preserved.
There is:

• an open kitchen (naturally with a dishwasher)
• a dining area
• a living room
• a bathroom
• an additional WC with a laundry tower
• two balconies (one of them facing the courtyard, the other rather small)
• cellar & bike cellar
• portafilter machine ;)

And who are we?
We are Aniek (32) and Estelle (27). We both play handball and are big fans of coffee and brunch.
Aniek works as a psychologist with children and adolescents, Estelle in a sports marketing agency and on the side as a barista.
We are not a Zweck-WG (a shared flat for convenience), but are looking for someone who wants a relaxed and uncomplicated life together. We enjoy cooking and eating together and occasionally like to do something or invite friends over for an apéro.

The location:
The apartment is located directly at the Kaufmännischer Verband tram stop – from there, a tram towards the station runs approximately every 3 minutes. It is about a 7-minute walk to the station.

Furthermore:

• Inselspital very close by
• Coop, Denner and Rossmann in the immediate vicinity
• LeBread (best bakery) right around the corner
• Gelateria di Berna also very close ;)
