3 ½ rooms apartment

At An der Hubelstrasse 6 in Rubigen, we are renting a 3.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor of an apartment building with a total of nine apartments as of 1 November 2026.

The apartment features a closed kitchen as well as a spacious living and dining area. The apartment includes its own balcony and two spacious rooms. The gallery offers additional space and can be used in various ways, for example as a work, play, or living area.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Additionally, the apartment has a separate guest toilet. The apartment also includes its own cellar.

Two communal laundry rooms are available to the residents.

Rubigen offers good connections to public transport and to the highway. Shopping facilities and various services are located in the village or in the immediate vicinity.
Walking and cycling paths along the Aare are also easily accessible.

If required, a garage can be rented for an additional CHF 120.- per month.
