It is located in a quiet and family-like environment in Basel, directly next to a large and beautiful park. The location is ideal if you like it quiet but still want to be in the city quickly.

The Felix Platter-Spital is in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the train station as well as the Basel city center quickly and easily by tram and bus. The French border is also not far away.

For daily shopping, a Coop is only about 1 minute away on foot. In addition, a swimming pool and a gym are located nearby. The EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg is also well and quickly accessible.

Overall, the apartment offers a quiet residential location, lots of greenery, and at the same time very good connections to the city and the public transport network.

I am looking for someone to take over my room and ideally take over all existing furniture. The furniture has a total value of approx. CHF 1’000:

• 🛏️ Bed incl. mattress: CHF 500
• 📺 TV stand: CHF 200
• 🚪 Wardrobe: CHF 250
• 📚 Shelf: CHF 50

The room is available immediately.

Currently, two very quiet and pleasant people in their late 20s live in the shared flat: one studies and works part-time in the pharmaceutical industry, the other works as a painter. Both are uncomplicated, quiet, and employed or studying.

• Copy of ID card / passport
• Current photo
• Employment contract or proof of income
• For students: Certificate of enrollment/admission as well as proof of financing
• Current extract from the debt enforcement register (Betreibungsregisterauszug), if you already live in Switzerland
• Otherwise, if available, a corresponding document from your current country of residence
• Fully completed resident data sheet
