1 room single room

Hello !

We are Guillaume and Charlotte, two best friends aged 30, young professionals and roommates in a superb 122 m² apartment in Rossens. A bedroom is becoming available from 1st November 2026, and we are looking for a new person to share our apartment with!

Whether you are looking for accommodation for a few months or for a longer duration, we are open to both possibilities.

The apartment and its little extras

Located on the 3rd and top floor of a professional building of which we are the only private inhabitants, the apartment is spacious, fully equipped and ready to welcome you. No need to move your whole house: you only have to unpack your suitcases!

What awaits you:

A furnished bedroom with your own key
A bathroom with bathtub and WC, shared with Guillaume
Access to all common areas of the apartment
A balcony to enjoy beautiful days
Your own parking space
Cleaning twice a month (2 h each time), including common areas and the bathroom
Utilities included: electricity, water and heating
Your own keys for the bedroom, the entrance and the mailbox
A large elevator to facilitate moving (and grocery shopping!)

And of course, the two four-legged roommates!

Charly and Arthur, our two very nice cats, are also part of the adventure. Therefore, you must appreciate the company of furry balls at least a minimum.

And life in a shared flat, then?

We like to chat over a drink, share meals, play board games and spend good times together. But we also insist on respecting everyone's rhythm, privacy and space.

The idea is to find a person with whom cohabitation happens naturally, in a convivial, simple and respectful atmosphere. No need to always be together, but it is great to be able to share good moments when the mood strikes!

Are you interested or do you have questions?

Do not hesitate to write to us to find out more, get photos or come visit the apartment. We will be delighted to meet you!

Looking forward to meeting you,

Charlotte & Guigui
