Your future room is approx. 26m2 in size and offers a magnificent view of nature.
In the spacious living room, you can comfortably stretch out your legs. The apartment also includes a cool conservatory and a large terrace, which invites you to dream or enjoy cozy togetherness. Our kitchen and the two bathrooms correspond to today's standard of construction.
With the adjacent party, we share a small private laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Where are we at home?
Our quiet 5.5 room penthouse shared apartment is located on the 3rd floor on the edge of Oberwinterthur. In a few minutes, you will also find yourself in the middle of fields and forests. A perfect place for jogging, walking, and switching off.
Transport situation:
The Oberwinterthur bus stop is located 3 minutes walking distance away. From there, you are at the main station in approx. 25 minutes and within approx. 7 min. walking distance of the Wallrüti station (S 22 + S 29).
Who would fit with us?
A sympathetic and appreciative flatmate who completes our shared apartment. You are upbeat, communicative, brave enough to occasionally swing the cleaning cloth, and you don't have to google the word
