Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a reliable student or intern to take over my lease starting November 1, 2026. Fast decision and immediate confirmation preferred.
The flat offers high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, a bright shared living room, a balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, stove, fridge). You will share the flat with two flatmates.

Room details:

Fully furnished with a bed, desk, office chair, nightstand, and wardrobe
Rent: CHF 769.- / month (includes heating and water)
Deposit: CHF 600.-
Contract: Official open-ended lease takeover (standard 2-month notice period)

Location:

2-minute walk to the nearest tram stop
Direct S-Bahn connection to Zurich HB (10–12 minutes)
Shopping center directly across the street (Aldi, Otto’s, pharmacies; Lidl nearby)

Requirements from landlord:

Enrolled student or active intern
Non-smoker, no pets
Ready to submit standard documents promptly: proof of matriculation or internship contract, clean Swiss debt register extract (Betreibungsauszug), ID copy

Viewing: Individual viewings (in-person or video call) available immediately upon request. Please send a brief message with your current status (study/internship) and confirmation that you can take over the lease from November 1st.
