A bright and spacious studio apartment is available in a convenient location in Chur, 2 mins walk to Chur West train station. The apartment is suitable for one person and offers a practical layout with useful storage space.
The monthly rent is CHF 800, including utilities.
A security deposit equal to two months’ rent (CHF 1,600) is required before moving in.
The laundry room is located directly next to the apartment entrance, making laundry very convenient. Two storage cabinets are included: one cabinet inside the apartment and one outside.
The current tenant has added a sofa with cushions, kitchen equipment, and some additional household items. These can be taken over separately for a fee, upon agreement. Taking over the furniture is preferred but can be discussed during the viewing.
