Room in a shared flat

The room is bright, approx. 20m2 in size, with a direct view of the Schloss Thun and the Aare in front of the window. IMPORTANT: An additional CHF 448 is added to the rent for internet, electricity, disposal and CLEANING. In total, the room costs CHF 1138 ALL INCLUSIVE. The entire apartment is approx. 200m2 in size, over 3 floors. A parking space in a locked underground garage in the house can be rented additionally for CHF 145/month.

I have lived in shared flats for a long time and have gathered very positive experiences. I work predominantly from home in my room and only rarely need most of the apartment. The home cinema may be used freely, and even if it gets late with a film, it does not bother me. Currently, 2 rooms are available; in total, it is a 3-person WG. In each room, there is a wardrobe and a bed, which can be shared.

Flatmates who enjoy a family-like shared community. The apartment is not suitable for children, dogs or cats, other pets upon request. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
