Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my room for 12 months, as I am going abroad for a postdoc.

Our shared living
You will then live together with Eva (27) and Lea (27). Lea is doing her PhD in the engineering field at ETH, Eva started a new job in Zürich a year ago. Even though we all work a lot, the WG is more than just a Zweck-WG to us. We cook together regularly and occasionally do something together: to the Limmat for swimming or grilling. Everything is informal – no one has to participate in everything. Just as important to us, however, is that everyone has their own retreat space.

What we wish for
We are looking for a tidy and reliable person for whom a clean home is just as important as it is to us – dishes are not left standing for days, the cleaning plan is adhered to.

Apartment and location
The apartment includes its own garden, which we use a lot in summer, for breakfast or simply sitting outside. To ETH Hönggerberg it is 10min on foot. To Meierhofplatz it is a few minutes on foot (Bus 46, Tram 50), where there is also everything for everyday life. The Hönggerberg stop (Bus 80, 69) is also quickly reachable. And in minutes you are in the greenery: forest and fields lie directly in front of the front door, the Limmat is also nearby.
