For rent is a cozy 22 m² studio in Hasliberg Wasserwendi, in a quiet and sunny location in the middle of the holiday and mountain region of Hasliberg.

The studio is located on the ground floor of a typical Bernese Oberland semi-detached house, which was built in 1977 by my great-grandfather. It features a living/sleeping area as well as its own bathroom with a shower. The studio is rented with the furniture shown in the photos (without the pull-out bed).

The studio is suitable for a single person or a couple. It is particularly attractive as a small second home in Hasliberg, for example for people who regularly spend time in the mountains and are looking for an uncomplicated starting point for skiing, hiking, biking, or relaxing.

Use as a primary residence is not required. However, the studio can also be used as a primary residence and is, for example, well suited for ski instructors, seasonal employees, or other employees in tourism.

The quiet and sunny location offers a beautiful mountain panorama. The mountain railways as well as numerous sports and leisure opportunities of the Hasliberg holiday region are located in the immediate vicinity. The stop for the Skihäslitaxi towards Bidmi is only around 200 m from the house.
