3 ½ rooms apartment

We would like to sublet our apartment in Zürich on a limited basis during our time abroad. The period would likely be from 20 November to approx. 10 January, but can vary slightly by arrangement.

We only moved into our new apartment in August and will be abroad temporarily during this time. Since our two cats (very sweet) are to stay in the apartment and we want to spare them unnecessary stress from a change of location, we are looking for a reliable person or a quiet couple who will live with us during our absence and simultaneously take loving care of the two.

The apartment can basically be used in its entirety. Only the dressing/clothes room will be partially restricted, as we will be storing some of our personal belongings there. However, there will be enough space for one's own things. Bed, furniture and all other remaining furnishings are, of course, available.

A special highlight is our spacious terrace.

For the entire rental period of around seven weeks, we would charge one month's rent.

It is particularly important to us to find someone who is reliable, quiet, clean and responsible and who handles both the apartment and our cats with care.
