Room in a shared flat

The room is large, bright and faces the courtyard. Therefore, the room is also very quiet.

We are looking for an open, friendly, considerate person who enjoys living in a shared flat community. Since the main tenant is moving out, you would have to take over the main tenancy. The second person is also moving out soon. Ideally, you know someone who would take over the shared flat with you. The first room is available from 1 December, the second room presumably from 1 February. However, you can also apply alone and independently look for a roommate.

We are 2 teachers who enjoy spending time together in the apartment, but also lead our own lives. Angi is moving out on 1 December and moving into her own apartment. I, (Jael, 25 years) will probably still live in the apartment until 31 January (or even less) and am looking for a shared flat with more people.
