Room in a shared flat

From 1. Januar, a room will become available in our 4.5-room apartment, and perhaps your new home is already waiting for you there.

We – Virgi (soon 24) and Janice (25) – already live here and would be happy to share our home with a third person.
The apartment offers incredibly much space and room to feel at home.

In particular, our very large, cozy living room invites you to sit together, and there is definitely enough space at the large dining table for shared dinners, game nights, or simply a long coffee. Due to the storage room and the many built-in cupboards, there is also an astonishing amount of storage space – a small luxury that one quickly learns to appreciate in a shared apartment.

Our balcony is also one of our favorite places. We love cozy evenings outside, when you sit together after a long day, have a drink, and simply enjoy the evening.

About us:
Virgi dances ballet, and together we do Heels on Mondays. Janice also enjoys playing board games very much. With us, things can be sociable and funny, but relaxed evenings and the fact that everyone has their own retreat are just as important to us.

We are therefore looking for someone who is interested in an uncomplicated and warm shared apartment life. At the same time, it is important to us that one can also withdraw and do one's own thing.
