In our apartment in Schaffhausen-Buchthalen, an unfurnished room is becoming available immediately or by arrangement. You will share the apartment with only one other person and are about five minutes on foot from the Lindli. Perfect for taking a stroll along the Rhine after work or sitting by the water in summer.

Your room and the apartment
We are flexible regarding the choice of room: you can either use the previous office as a bedroom or move into the current living room with direct access to the balcony. We will discuss which layout suits you best during the viewing. We wish for you to be able to take over the apartment as the main tenant - Laura plans to move out in the next 2-6 months. After that, you are of course free to decide whether you want to keep the apartment as a shared flat or use it for yourself alone.
Kitchen, bathroom, and the other common areas are shared in an uncomplicated manner.

• High-quality water filter (belongs to Laura, but you are welcome to use it)

Your roommate
Hi, I'm Laura. I am 28 years old and work Mon & Tue in Winterthur, the other days I am in the home office. Considerate living together is very important to me, where we both feel comfortable and everyone can have their own daily routine. I place great value on order and cleanliness in the apartment. Therefore, I wish for someone for whom this is also important. Occasionally, I look after a sweet little dog from the neighborhood, who also sometimes comes into the apartment for a few hours. So it would be nice if you also enjoy dogs.

Close to the Rhine and well connected
You can reach the Lindli in about five minutes on foot. Migros and Denner are nearby, and the Schaffhausen old town is also easily accessible.
From Schaffhausen station, you can reach Zürich HB in around 40 minutes with a fast train connection. Schaffhausen is also a practical location for professionals from Germany and commuters who work in Switzerland. The proximity to the border also offers the possibility to do shopping in Germany.

No security deposit and option for apartment takeover
The rental deposit is secured via SwissCaution. Therefore, you do not have to deposit a large security amount in a bank account. The existing solution currently costs around CHF 200 per year.
If you are looking for your own apartment in the medium term, this is a great entry-level solution: within the next 2-6 months, a complete takeover of the apartment is possible by arrangement. This apartment is also optimally suited for couples.
