Room in a shared flat

I (female and 55 years old, athletic and uncomplicated) am renting a furnished shared apartment room in a quiet apartment. The room is ideally suited for a quiet, German-speaking non-smoker who works or studies during the week and is looking for a pleasant place to live from Monday to Friday.

The apartment is very quiet and bright and offers a pleasant atmosphere for living and relaxing.
For shared use: Bath/WC with shower, well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room, balcony
Washing machine, tumbler and drying room are in the house, for a fee

What is important to me: a quiet, German-speaking non-smoker who values pleasant and respectful coexistence. No pets are allowed. Musical instruments only at certain times and via headphones.
