In a quietly located 4.5-room apartment in 6430 Schwyz, I am renting out a separate, lockable office for sole use.

The office is ideally suited for a single person with quiet activities, for example for administration, accounting, IT, programming, online business, graphics, writing, planning, translations, or comparable work in a home office.

The room can be taken furnished or unfurnished – depending on need. For furnished use, for example a desk, office chair, and storage space can be provided (see image).

The office is located in a 4.5-room apartment. This is occupied by a quiet single person. It is located in a commercial and residential building; there are already offices in the building. The office is quietly located, is on the 3rd floor, and is accessible by lift.

In summer, there is the possibility to co-use the garden for working, for a break, or for relaxation.

Use as a business or delivery address is possible. Tax and commercial register law questions must be clarified by the tenant or their fiduciary themselves.
