The apartment is very centrally located, 3min walking distance to the train station.
The 12,3 m² large room is furnished and features a bed, a wardrobe and a small shelf. Upon request, the room can also be rented unfurnished.
The apartment is 117,5 m² large and features two bathrooms, a large and cozy living room as well as a garden seating area with a beautiful lounge, which invites you to relax or for cozy get-togethers. A cellar compartment as well as a bicycle storage room are also available. A parking space can be rented additionally if required.
We are looking for you
We are looking for a friendly, uncomplicated and reliable person who values order and appreciates a rather quiet living atmosphere. At the same time, we look forward to it if you occasionally feel like having a shared meal, a game night or a cozy get-together.
About us
I am 30 years old, a student at the PH Luzern and like to do sports.
My flatmate is 28 years old, employed and likes to travel.
Pleasant and respectful coexistence is important to us; everyone should have their own space, but one is also welcome to sit together for a coffee, a meal or a game night.
