The bright shared apartment room is 14.9 m² in size. The shower/WC is located directly next to the room and is shared with one female roommate.

From the room, you have direct access to the spacious, 66 m² terrace – ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, or cozy gatherings.

The room features:

• electric venetian blinds
• underfloor heating with its own controller
• a large window
• laminate flooring
• an energy-saving LED ceiling lamp, which can be replaced by a larger lamp if desired

The orientation of the room is southwest. From the window, you have a beautiful view of the Schlossberg – instead of an opposing residential block, as is otherwise known from cities.

The price of 740.- CHF includes utilities and internet (WiFi). In addition, 10.- CHF per month goes into the household fund for trash bags and cleaning materials.

We are looking for a female roommate (woman) who leads her own life and values her privacy, but is nonetheless happy to have a conversation, a shared evening, or a walk once in a while.
Reliability as well as cleanliness and order in the shared rooms are important to us. We wish for an uncomplicated, respectful, and pleasant shared apartment, in which everyone has their own space and yet enjoys spending some time together once a week.
