The apartment is located in a stately approx. 158-year-old house with high rooms and stucco decorations. It has a beautiful and large terrace with lake view. In the apartment, there is a refrigerator and 3 hotplates. The large kitchen on the lower floor can also be used, but it must be shared.
The bathtub is old and no longer beautiful; there is also no cellar and no attic.
However, you only have to walk across the street to swim in Lake Zurich.
The apartment is only for rent to one person.
If you are interested, write something about yourself, and I will be happy to get in touch with you.
