We are looking for a successor tenant for our charming 2.5 room old building apartment, ideally from 1 December or by arrangement.

The 2.5 room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a Baumgartner Haus in the Iselinquartier (4055) in Basel, directly on the Wasgenring.

The 3 rooms are distributed as follows:

• Kitchen with dishwasher and balcony access. Offers enough space for a dining area
• Bathroom with bathtub and window
• Room 1 (bedroom) with balcony access
• Hallway
• Room 2
• Room 3 living/dining area connected via a passage. (There are also French doors, but we are currently storing them in the cellar)

The apartment also includes a cellar compartment, a bicycle cellar, a bicycle stand in front of the house, a communal laundry room, and a small communal garden that is currently not being used by any of the other parties.

Shopping possibilities: Coop, Migros, Denner are reachable on foot
