ROOM FOR RENT
A bright bedroom (16m2) fully furnished (bed, sheets, blankets, pillows, matress, office desk, lamp, shelf and large wardrobe).
Bathroom (WC + bath) to share with 1 person.

LOCATION
The flat is located in Lancy at 3 minutes walk from the tram stop called "Les Esserts".

FLAT
A 5 rooms flat with 2 bathrooms and a big balcony with a nice view.
The kitchen is full equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, etc.)
There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

TRANSPORT INFORMATION
There are public transports form the flat to :

• Cornavin (15 minutes)
• UN Nations (25 minutes)
• Carouge (13 minutes)
• Geneva airport (18 minutes).

SHOPS
There are several food shops at 2 minutes walk distance and some restaurants too.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• 2 months advance rent as a garantee (that mean when you arrive you will pay 3 months)
• 2 months notice for leaving for both parties.
• Room rental is for one no smoker person but your companion can visit sometimes (not more than 1 week per 6 months)
• The rent is for 1 person only and it included : charges, excellent internet connection, use of washing machines (dishwasher, washing machine) and of course access to common areas: kitchen, living room and balcony.
• I would ask the tenant to contribute to keep the apartment clean, especially the common areas. The appropriate candidate should be a resourceful person, someone who has a deep respect for others, sociable and pleasant.
