The room is 16m2 in size, bright, equipped with beautiful parquet flooring and French windows, and can be taken over furnished. The 5.5 room apartment is fully equipped and is located on the 1st floor of a modern development. The apartment is very generously laid out (142m2), features a modern kitchen with a large dining table, parquet and stone flooring, underfloor heating, a balcony with a lounge, seating, a large grill and many plants, two bathrooms, a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, covered and lockable bicycle shelters as well as a spacious cellar compartment. The rental price consists of rent, service charges, TV/Internet, electricity, radio and television fees and amounts to CHF 900 - no additional costs are incurred. Underground parking spaces can be rented separately for CHF 165 per month. The apartment is in a very well-maintained and clean condition and the living rooms are fully and cozily furnished with many seating options, bookshelves and plants.

We, that are Cristina (f, 28), Dani (m, 32) and Robin (m, 31), are looking for an upbeat and interested person of our age (25-35) who wants to live with us for a longer period (more than one year). We have very many plants in the apartment - you do not have to participate in their care, but there are plus points for having a green thumb :) Furthermore, we attach great importance to cleanliness and mutual respect. We enjoy spending time together (e.g. when cooking, sports or excursions), but we are all also on the go a lot and busy with hobbies.
