This stylish holiday apartment features a spacious living/bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with standard utensils, including hobs, a microwave, and a coffee machine. A bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, towels, bath towels, and toiletries is also available. Washing machines and dryers are available free of charge on the ground floor. The service includes all utilities, Wi-Fi internet, TV, bed linen, and towels. Additional services such as laundry service or extra cleaning can be requested for a fee. You will live centrally on the Allmend with diverse leisure and recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The exhibition center, which regularly hosts fairs such as the Zentralschweizer Erlebnismesse Luga, is nearby. Adjacent to the residential building is a sports complex with an indoor pool, wellness area, and fitness center. A Migros supermarket is located in the same building and offers convenient shopping. For bookings of 30 nights or more, a security deposit/damage insurance of CHF 2.000,00 is charged, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition. A final cleaning fee of CHF 200,00 also applies. These payments are to be made directly to HITrental after completion of the booking. Please note the following important information regarding additional fees. Optional additional services are only charged if selected by the guest and include a baby cot for CHF 15,00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10,00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75,00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights). Mandatory fees and taxes include tourist taxes, which vary depending on the city: in Luzern CHF 4,90 per person and night (children up to 15 years are exempt; no tax if registered in the city); in Basel CHF 4,20 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax if registered in the city, a maximum of 30 nights is charged); and in Zug CHF 2.00 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax if registered in the city).
