2 rooms apartment

I live at Gustav Gull Platz in an old building on the top floor in a cozy 2-room apartment. On 2 sides I have a terrace and thus always sun. The apartment is well maintained and despite the location it is relatively quiet.

I am open to a apartment swap with a comparable object (for me alone) or possibly for a larger apartment (min 4 rooms) to move in with my partner.

The apartment should be equally sunny and easily accessible (public transport), preferably also with a view (mountains or lake).
