Mandatory fees and taxes include tourist taxes, which vary depending on the city: in Luzern CHF 4,90 per person and night (children up to 15 years are exempt; no tax upon registration in the city); in Basel CHF 4,20 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax upon registration in the city, a maximum of 30 nights will be charged); and in Zug CHF 1,00 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax upon registration in the city). For stays of 28 nights or more, a deposit of CHF 2.000,00 is required, which will be refunded after departure following a successful inspection of the property.
