3 rooms apartment

3.5-room apartment in Boswil
I am looking for a successor tenant for my affordable 3.5-room apartment in Boswil, for CHF 1'320.- including parking space and all ancillary costs.
Particularly practical: The Boswil school is right around the corner, the train station can be reached in 7 and the Volg with gas station in only 5 minutes on foot.
The apartment is rented privately, and accordingly, it has been cared for with love.
Smaller and larger repairs are carried out time and again: In February 2025, the bathroom was completely renovated, in January 2026 it was freshly painted. Before my move out, several small things will also be renewed by a craftsman.
Originally, there is no dishwasher in the kitchen. However, a built-in machine is available which can be purchased if required.
Regarding pets: One apartment cat is permitted, everything else would have to be clarified with the landlords.
