Room in a shared flat

Shared flat attic room (30m2) at Obertor from 1. Dec 2026 (at the latest 1. Jan 27)

Our three-person shared flat is looking for you!
In our large maisonette apartment on the edge of the Old Town (near the Obertor bus stop), a large attic room will become available on 1 December (latest move-in on 1 January 2027). The apartment features a green terrace, two bathrooms, a guest room, and a hobby room. The room costs 1135,-/ month including much.
We (w36, w56 and a small, quiet, and non-shedding dog) have a green thumb, enjoy being in nature, do yoga and music, like to cook, read, and are ecologically and "rather green" and "rather left" oriented.
Occasionally we cook together, go for walks, or sit on the terrace. If needed, we are there to support one another, but we allow each other enough space. There is no obligation, except for regular housework...

We want you!
You do not smoke, are uncomplicated, reliable, communicate clearly, and are solution-oriented; you separate your waste, know how to use a vacuum cleaner, and think along with the household; and you feel like playing together sometimes, having good conversations, etc., then you are in the right place with us.

Interested? Write to us! Please introduce yourself and describe what you are looking for and why you think you might like our shared flat. We look forward to getting to know you.
