Room in a shared flat

We have two rooms to rent, both of which will become available around 01.11. They are between 15 and 17 qm in size, have old building charm, a good state of renovation (the windows protect from winter cold as well as from Langstrasse noise) and both have a built-in wardrobe.
There is a small shared balcony in the kitchen and a large, planted roof terrace that is lovingly cared for by Hektor, which we share with our house roommates. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a shower. They were very beautifully renovated 4 years ago.
Until now, we have lived here as four in a friendly and lively WG, which is now significantly restructuring because Cyril and Michelle are moving into their own apartment after 4 years here.
Remaining are Hektor (30, he/him, from Zürich) and Jakob (32, he/him, from Berlin).
Hektor loves plants in nature and in pots, works as a biologist in an office for landscape architecture to make Zürich greener and passionately takes care of our roof terrace. He has an impressive wine and vinyl collection (with a tendency towards microtonal modern jazz) - and enjoys being out and about in the area.
Jakob came to Zürich for his music studies and stayed for his work as a choir conductor. In addition to classical music, he likes electronic music, theater and old furniture. He tries to keep up with Hektor's wine collection, but doesn't manage it. He likes being in nature, enjoys hiking, camping and sometimes climbing.
We have come to appreciate each other very much in the last year and would like to find WG-Gspänli that we like just as much as we like each other :)
A nice, WG-experienced and motivated person who is interested in finding new friends in a new WG.
After good experiences with mixed constellations, we are looking rather for two FLINTA* persons between the ages of 25 and 35, but something else could also fit well.
Origin, language and background do not matter, a warm togetherness is important to us.
