For my beautiful 2-room apartment in Basel, I am looking for a successor per the end of October / beginning of November by arrangement.

The apartment offers:

• Very good location and quickly and easily accessible with public transport
• Quiet and child-friendly surroundings
• Pets allowed
• Ideal for a single person, student, or single parent
• The last interior renovation took place in 2021
• The apartment is currently still occupied and will be repainted again before the handover, and minor defects will be repaired

Due to the size, the apartment is rather less suitable for couples.
