3 ½ rooms apartment

For the period from 1 March to at latest 18 April 2027, I am looking for a reliable and quiet person for the temporary sublet of my beautiful, fully furnished 3.5-room apartment in Basel.
The apartment is approx. 76 m² in size and offers three spacious, lovingly furnished rooms, a large balcony, as well as beautiful herringbone parquet flooring. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything one needs for everyday life. The functional bathroom has a window and a bathtub.
The apartment is located in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood, while at the same time the city is quickly accessible. Tram line 15 is located only approx. 2 minutes from the building entrance and takes you directly towards Messe Basel or in the other direction into the Gundeldingerquartier. The city center is also very quickly accessible.
An individual laundry day belongs to the apartment, so you can determine your own laundry schedule and do not have to follow a fixed common laundry appointment.
I am looking for a reliable, careful, and quiet person who uses my apartment as a home and retreat during my absence. I can particularly imagine the apartment being suitable for female students, female interns, female doctoral students, or working women who are in Basel for a few weeks.
The apartment is expressly not a party apartment. I wish for someone who appreciates a quiet, respectful, and pleasant living atmosphere and treats the apartment and the neighborhood accordingly with care.
