Room in a shared flat

From 01.06.2027 or by arrangement (as some flexibility is possible), I am looking for a new flatmate for a bright, quiet, and cozy WG room in our 4-room maisonette apartment in the Rodtegg-Quartier in Luzern.

The apartment
The penthouse apartment is located on the 4th floor and extends over two floors.
On the lower floor, a bright, spacious living room with a balcony, a dining area, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, the entrance area, and a guest toilet await you.

On the upper floor are the bathroom with a bathtub and its own washing machine, a gallery, and the two bedrooms. Your future room has two skylights with blinds and a cozy sloped ceiling. It is very bright and offers a beautiful retreat.

The location
The apartment is located in the quiet Rodtegg-Quartier with good public transport connections and various shopping facilities nearby. You can reach the forest in just 3 minutes on foot, and the lake is also easily accessible with a walk of about 20 minutes.
We live in a pet-friendly house. Smoking is done on the balcony.

And who am I?
I am Isa, 37, sporty, enthusiastic about languages, and a real music junkie. Pipo, my 4.5-year-old street dog, has also become part of my life. He is a very sweet guy and is a firm part of my everyday life.

I value relaxed and uncomplicated living together, where one feels comfortable and shows consideration for one another. A certain degree of order and cleanliness is important to me.
I enjoy having a coffee together, a glass of wine, or occasional cooking together. However, it is just as important to me that everyone has enough time for themselves. I partly work from home and am also on the road from time to time.

Who am I looking for?
I am looking for a flatmate aged 32 or older, who is employed and financially independent, likes dogs, and can imagine a pleasant, respectful life together. It is important to me that people are considerate of each other, enjoy doing something together occasionally, but at the same time respect each other's privacy.
By the way, our apartment is not intended to be a home party location.
