• Request for contribution to the collective: 10h/month (8h from 2nd year).

Stewardship-type contribution for: vegetable garden, soap making, cleaning common areas, according to needs.

Parking space: 60.- per month or free very close to the house

All tenants are therefore also co-owners; they must invest funds in social shares (repaid at the end of their lease), the amount depends on the m2 of their private accommodation. If you do not have assets, you can use your 2nd pillar or mandate us to find the funds on your behalf.
