I am looking for someone to take over my place in a beautiful 3.5-room apartment of approximately 85 m², located on the 3rd floor in the Torry district in Fribourg.

The apartment is very well located, close to the city center, the Saint-Léonard sports hub (BCF Arena) as well as public transport.

You would share the apartment with my current roommate, a quiet, respectful and easy-going guy.

The room to be taken over is approximately 12 m², it is bright and pleasant. The common areas include:

a convivial living room;
a kitchen;
a bathroom;
a balcony;
a cellar;

a washing machine directly in the apartment.

A parking space is also available.

The indicated rent of CHF 900./month, charges included, currently includes the parking space. If you do not need one, it is also possible: in this case, the rent amount can be adapted accordingly. Information regarding the amount without a parking space will be communicated to interested persons.

Subletting is conceivable, to be discussed depending on the situation.

I am preferably looking for an active, tidy and respectful person, in order to maintain a relaxed and pleasant flatshare atmosphere.
