1 rooms apartment

Charming 1.5 room apartment on the 1st floor of a small 4-story building in a quiet neighborhood.

Available for January 1st.

The balcony runs the entire length of the apartment. It is therefore very bright.
Beautiful view of the mountains.

I love this apartment, but I have to leave it for logistical reasons.

There is no parking space. You will have to buy a city permit if you have a car.

Has a cellar on the ground floor and a laundry room.

I currently pay CHF 1700.- including charges. Will have to check with the agency if the price increases.

1 minute walk from the bus stops Pont Zaehringen 1, 6, 114, 117. 10 minutes by bus from the station.
5 minutes walk from the Migros.
10 minutes walk from the cathedral.
