My children and wife are flying to Chile due to family reasons. They will also stay there. I am still contractually bound and am staying in Switzerland. Since such an apartment is much too large for me and living together is simply more fun, I am looking for sympathetic roommates starting immediately. Instead of giving up the apartment completely, I would like to establish a relaxed, independent shared apartment here.

Your options (3 rooms available in total)

• The apartment offers a total of three rooms, which can be divided flexibly. Since I do not claim the largest room for myself, you have the free choice of which room suits you best.

The apartment also features two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room for shared use. Furniture is also available for use. If you are not satisfied with the furnishings, then feel free to design them to your taste.

Who fits in?
Working professionals with a steady income as well as students whose financing is secured are very welcome. The most important thing is that you are reliable and appreciate a relaxed living environment. Age and gender do not matter.

The apartment is centrally located in Niederrohrdorf.
Perfect for everyday life: Coop and Voi are reachable within a few minutes' walk, so you can do your shopping quickly and easily. Commuting is also no problem – the Busverbindungen take you directly to Zürich, Baden, or wherever you need to go.
